About The Broadway Exchange

The Broadway Exchange is an innovative digital platform with a mission to empower the theater community. It enables fans, creators, and performers to engage with each other and profit from their passion through a new creator economy powered by Web3 technologies.

The Challenge

The founders had a powerful vision but needed a team to build the entire technology and security foundation from scratch. This was a zero-to-one project requiring expertise across the full spectrum: business formation, MVP definition, platform architecture, secure development, and go-to-market support, all while the target industry was in a state of unprecedented crisis.

Acting as their vCTO, vCISO, and vCINO, Infused Innovations led the entire technology execution from day one. We defined the MVP, architected and built the Web3 platform, and implemented a robust security framework. Our team managed the project through go-live, providing support for marketing launches and scaling operations as the platform gained traction.
