Adtalem's Cisco Voice solution was a barrier to their technology modernization initiative. We ported thousands of phone numbers and designed a custom automation workflow that integrated Microsoft Teams with Adtalem’s ServiceNow platform. This allowed IT to provision new users, licenses, and phone numbers directly from ServiceNow, dramatically simplifying the process.
Thousands of Adtalem employees were successfully and smoothly migrated to Microsoft Teams Voice. The new platform has reduced costs, improved flexibility, and provided a modern, unified collaboration experience.
