With their primary communication system completely offline for an indefinite period, every moment of downtime represented a direct threat to their operations, customer relationships, and reputation. Acting as a rapid response team, Infused Innovations executed an emergency migration. In real-time, we built out their new Azure AD and Exchange Online environments, implemented essential security controls, and migrated their MX records to bring their email back online. Once the immediate crisis was resolved, we assisted with the ingestion of their legacy mail archives as they became available.
